Personalized number plates

I have had very bad experience with purchasing a vehicle from this branch. I was promised personalized number plates for my vehicle by the salesman before signing my contract in September 2020 . It is now May 2021 and nothing has been done. There is simply no internet or initiative by hyundai . Even after discussions with manager/salesman but till date no way forward or any feedback wih regards to this progress until i call to follow up and even when i do phone my salesman doesnt answer my calls or says he will phone me back but hardly ever does. It is not my responsibility to be phoning the licencing department to find out if it has been approved or not.
