No service from Hyundai Pinetown

1. Misdiagnosis of problem. I was told that the front wheel disc's of my Hyundai Creta needed to be replaced, and I was quoted about R12 000,00. I sought a second opinion and found out that a tyre was separating. Replaced that for R2500,00. Shame in you, Hyundai Pinetown. Do you pick workers off the street? 2. Asked for rust spots on the door, which appeared before the car was even 5 years old, to be attended to. The car was under warranty. Never heard back from them yet, after about 10 phone calls.
