Lack of communication

Our car initially had a oil/water mixing problem. We immediately took it to the Pinetown branch. They fixed it (after having to nag for accurate communication)then a month or so later, the engine failed after they failed to drain the sludge. Its been a month since waiting for our car to be fixed once again. No communication. Calls not being answered, and their customer service desk is just as useless.
