I want my money back!

I had my car parts ****** during looting and it has taken a while to have the parts ordered. It so happened that the guy fixing my car made me order some parts that are already there. I went to have it returned and they are refusing to reimburse me because the parts were ordered from Korea. I have spent over 50k on parts at Hyundai but I am now getting the treatment that I am getting. Why was I not told that once you have ordered parts you don't get your money back. Why am I made to feel bad about the two parts they had ordered after what I have already been through?
