I bought a Hyundai venue 2021 there on 2022

I bought a Hyundai venue 2021 there on 2022. This salesman never gave me a spare key as per our talk. I called and made follow up so many times but no proper reply was done. Two months ago I had a radio problem on my car and Hyundai Richard's Bay told me I should go back to where I bought the car since the radio was changed but I knew those skelems I should call first. They kept on postponing my call. I'm damn angry about their poor service I regret 😤 the day I bought a car from this ******* company 😑 😐.
