Hyundai Pinetown Terrible Service

Pathetic Service!! As a loyal Hyundai Owner for the past 10 years Hyundai Pinetown is not worth supporting any longer.

Today after we took the car in to have the aircon looked at, the back right door had been removed when we were handed the car back? The excuse from the service rep was that the mechanic confused our car with another car? Have you ever heard such *******, is the service garage not being managed by someone competent enough to differentiate between different cars? The aircon issue... car is a mere 4 years old and the aircon stops blowing cold air. Sales rep calls says they can confirm its not blowing cold air.. great... i ask why the gas has departed so soon seeing my last Tucson lasted 7 years with a perfectly running aircon... the answer no i must pay to have it re-gassed then they can tell me what the issue is? Have you ever heard of such nonsense? The attitude of the staff and the lack of leadership in this shop is a disgrace to the Hyundai Brand!!
