Hyundai creta taken for 28days

Bought a brand new Hyundai creta in 2019.Failed to engage gears 2weeks back.Its with Hyundai for 28days.They refuse to give me courtesy car. So am without a car for 28days,how do I go to work and attend my kid's school meetings.Hyundai is very inconsiderate
