Hyundai bills for unwanted items

Hyundai Pinetown work in a clandestine and ********* practice. When u sign for finance, your signature then appears in hundreds of other documents which u r unaware of. Charges are added to your finance which u r NOT told about. We made a payment for extended maintenance plan and paid cash to the the dealership. Upon persistence with the salesman, Denzil, we managed to get copies of our agreement documents. We were surprised to c added charges which Denzil waived in our agreement.Even the maintenance plan which we paid cash for was also added to the finance. They double charged us. In all, Hyuandi, overcharged us by almost R47 000. The Manager, Clinton and the finance manager, LLwelyn told us that they were going to reverse the payment. Three weeks have gone by nothing has happened. We made many visits to the dealership and many phone calls but to no avail. They are all a bunch of ******* and ******s with no conscience. We are pensioners and they took advantage of us. The dealer principal, refused to talk to us as well inspite of us sending him an email. Hyundai Pinetown are not credible, never returns calls from the managers to the salesman. They r a bunch of ******, taking pensions for a ride. Disgraceful
