Horrible online service and finance department is a mess

Horrible service from the finance department. I suggest for no one to deal with their in-house finance, rude lady. Everything that could have went wrong with my car sale, went wrong from sales people fighting over me to delays in shipping my car to the car not being ready at the time I was given to fetch it. It was cleaned and covered in front of me. My name wasn't present anywhere nor did I receive any complimentary gift for my business. It was just like my sale meant nothing. Several people called me and asked about my experience, despite having told them everything to the T, no one from management or anyone really called to rectify that so, I wouldn't recommend them especially for an online sale - they are definitely not equipped for it. No after sales effort. It was just impersonal.
