Faulty car and empty promises

I bought a pre owned Renault sandero 2015 model on March 2020 they delivered it on the 26/03/2020, the following day they were closed due to lockdown,from the first day the headlights and hooter were not working when I asked salesrep Yougesh he told me the switch is faulty they ordered it from overseas I never received any feedback till today.I deed the follow-up on the 07/05/2020, 14/05/2020, 22/05/2020, 02/06/2020, 20/06/2020, 23/06/2020, 25/06/2020, 20/07/2020
