DONT EVER GO TO HYUNDAI PINETOWN!!!!!!! *********** SERVICE ALL ROUND (except for a few)

DONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I bought my car from here last month, the deciding factor for sale was that they would put a 15" wheel on my grand i10, i got it with 14" and noticed later that week. SIDNEY FRANCIS was ABSOLUTELY RUDE when i raised this, The dealer Principal MARK TORRANCE told me bluntly "I cannot assist you"... My first brand new car, what a pathetic service. They ruined my entire experience,

I soon thereafter had a knocking sound when pressing the brakes, i took it in and sent them multiple clear videos of the sound, KATELYN who dealt with me told me they took it for 3 road tests and cant find it, and i PLEADED that they "AT LEAST" open the wheels and check if anything had gotten loose or snapped because its a danger to my life on the roads, and others lives. She then blocked me mid conversation on whatsapp,

A reallllllly kind lady by the name of TARYN soon took over and assured me and provided me with ample information. Its such a sad experience, not many excellent competent people who work there, even the sales people only push for sales and dont actually care about your needs, get everything in writing so that you dont have future problems with the sale...

I even lost hope in the hyundai brand and wouldn't recommend it to anyone, I am looking to trade my vehicle in in the next 6 months, i want nothing to do with it at this stage :(
