DONT BUY YOUR CAR AT HYUNDAI PINETOWN

In April 2024 my husband took ownership of a car where Minenhle Shoba was asissting him. The process of getting the car was slighty bumpy because Minenhle had said the car we wanted was available. Upon coming to pick up the car, we were told the car we wanted wasnt available and a seconf option was offfered which we took. From April 2024 till date, we still havent received the number plate nor the log book. My husband has been calling Minenhle where he said he will bring eveything to him at his work place but this hasnt been done. My husband is dealing with alot of issues at the moment which I then decided to take some load off him and assist him with the situation with Minenhle. I called Minenhle last week and he apologised and said to me he will bring everything on Thursday (12/07/2024) to my husbands workplace. I sent him an email the day before to remind him, I sent him a whatsapp message and I called him but of course he is forver in a 'meeting'. When I called him he said he had trouble with the log book and I explained that because the disc has expired, my husband has had a total of 3 tickets and he said he will pay for them.

I called Minenhle again today and he ansswered and claimed he couldnt hear me and to put it midly, the line disconnected even though in my opinion he hung up.

I since called Hyundai Pinetown and was told he had left for the day which is ok and I then further escalated the matter to his senior who said he will check all of this for me tomorrow.
