Disrespectful, Disgraceful service from Prakasha/Prakesh

I work as a Sales Consultant for one the big Banks in SA offering Short Term Insurance solutions to clients, I assisted a client with insurance for her vehicle but there was information outstanding that I needed in order for me to send the Dealership a document called Confirmation Of Insurance/Proof of Insurance so that when the client collects her car she is covered, the client gave me the Salesman's name & contact number, his name as per the client is Prakasha/Prakesh who works at the Hyundai Dealership in Pinetown selling 2nd hand vehicles. I called this gentleman & this guy goes off on me for not being able to pronounce his name correctly, mind you I don't know him from Adam, never met him & he just starts flipping out saying X2 if you cant pronounce my ****ing name then don't call me ,then he dropped the call, I was shocked to my core, this is being said with the client on the line aswell.

Poor ,Putrid & disgusting service from the Hyundai Pine Town employee, all I needed was the clients VIN & Engine number instead I was met with Profanity.

You should be ashamed of yourself Mr Prakasha/Prakesh or whatever your name is representing Hyundai Pine Town in that manner, I would probably fire you.
