Disgusting service Hyundai Pinetown service center

I have been having a problem with the central locking in my car. This is the second time this problem has occurred, my vehicle was bought brand new in 2019.i was told by the service manager to bring it in for them to just have a look at it and thry will advise further. I get to the service department the staff are absolutely confused i eventually call the service manager and he gets someone to check the car. The lady and guy at the front desk have absolutely no customer service skills what so ever. The guy Kevin just told other ppl what to, he is rude and blunt and has no communication skills. While waiting there as i was not aware my car needed to be booked in. Not one staff member kept me informed of whats going on, after an hour of waiting i eventually start asking questions, them the foreman comes and says they need to replace a part by this time they had already stripped the door in my car still without informing me of anything. Im now stuck at the e dealership with my 2 kids who are restless and hungry. Eventually the Kevin guy gets a driver to drop me at home. No one at the dealership took my details down to call me or anything. When i got home i immediately called saying i never gave anyone my details the lady took my number and said Kevin will call me, i explained i need my car by 2:30pm. She said ok. No1 called me since that first call i made to them. I call back at 2 and spoke to the same lady and said i need my car and Kevin never called me, she said ok they are sending the driver. At 3:30pm i call back, transferred to Kevin, he says he will call the driver and let me know where he is. He never called me back. At 4pm i call again fuming still waiting for the driver. The lady says hes 15min away. Clearly something has changed at this dealership. I have been dealing with them for 9 years and this is just shocking service. They dont seem to have any communication between themselves and have no care for their customers needs
