Bad experience

I had the worst experience in my life on the purchase of my first vehicle at Hyandai Pinetown. After it was approved and I have signed for the vehicle things went downhill. Lack of communication and dishonesty from the dealership. I was told that the vehicle was going to be ready 13 November 2024. I told them that I will be collecting in the 16 November 2024, when I got there the car was not there. The dealership where I had to collect the car did not know about anything and told me there was a lack of communication from Pinetown side. The person who I was dealing with was rude and disrespectful and even dropped the phone while finding out what’s happening. When we wanted to cancel he told us no, we should pick up the vehicle Monday at the dealership. The vehicle was never in my possession and it was a traumatic experience. In the near future I feel like I would never want to deal with Hyundai as the experience was the worst as a first buyer.
