A service that was filled with Deceit and unprofessionalism

This has got to be the worst experience i have ever encountered when buying a car. unfortunately this dealership has showed no integrity and was so *********. I was looking for a car for my parents and i approached the sales guy by the name of Navin Chumanlall, he was very helpful at first and gave us a good offer on a new Attos. Based on the information from him, we began the process of purchasing and my folk went as far as even selling their current vehicle which obviously made them not mobile for a couple of days. Navin had sent me the quote with the agreed amount for the car and an additional amount for retaining personalized plates that my dad had asked for. Unfortunately i told him that the amount personalized plates were too expensive and asked him to remove that amount and just invoice for the car itself. He called us in to do the paper work, signing and payment, but when we got there he was persistent on keeping the personalized plates amount and when i refused he said he would speak to his manager to waiver that amount to which i agreed. So the next day we were just going to do payment for the vehicle and pick it up. Unfortunately that was not what happened. Navin sent me a whatsapp message in the morning saying the his manager said no to the amount of the personalized plates which i responded saying it was fine and we will only pay for the car. He later sent me a message telling me that he cannot give me the car for the original price he agreed upon which on his initial email and quote. This basically meant that there was a mess up somewhere and we were dropped last minute on the day of collection. please note that communication was done on Whatapps and he did not have the decency to call and explain why they changed their minds. this was very unprofessional and as a customer services provider, very ***ardly handled situation. this shows very little care for customer service and shows *********ness on their side. Up till today i did not even get a phone call to explain why this happened.
