Poor service from Chantel Prince

I have been using Hyundai Paarden Eiland for more than 2 years. I have always received excellent service. This time was not the case. I was assisted by Chantel Prince very cold and not help. My car was checked in 2 for normal service, things I requested to be checked on the car was not done. Gearbox check not done, wipers on changed when asked. I have both two cars from Hyndai, currently in a process of buying a Tucson Nline I don’t think good customers should be treated the way I was treated today. At 16:30 there were still washing my car.. very bad service
