Hyundai Paarden Eiland: false repair and service experience

Visited Hyundai Paarden Eiland for a service to my vehicle. Instructions were to perform service to the vehicle as per the warranty and check/repair the left rear seat-belt return. The left-rear passenger seat-belt did not return to the non-use position - in my opinion, it was possibly broken or a spring needed to be adjusted. I received my vehicle in good time. As per the job card, all work that was requested was completed. I found that the left-rear seat-belt was never attended to or repaired. The job-card indicated that this was repaired. This got me wondering if the car was actually serviced! I found the oil to be black and smelled old. My understanding of a oil-change - is that I should see a new oil indicated by a goldish colour and should not look and smell old. My interaction with the service manager at Hyundai Paarden Eiland: - he acknowledged that the job card report was false - in respect of the left -rear seat-belt and promptly agreed to order one from Korea. I will be informed once it arrives for fitting. - video footage of the car in the service bay was shown. I am not entirely satisfied that the video footage conclusively showed an oil change was performed. I have no scientific way to test the age of the oil to prove otherwise. (I wonder if the RMI has such facilities to assist)

The service manager was sympathetic to my complaints, however I do not imagine that this is an isolated incident where false statements are made on job-cards.
