Disgusting service

I purchased a Nissan NP200 from Hyundai in Paarden Eiland in June 2023, it's now 5 months later and no one at that branch can give me any information as to what happened to my vehicles paperwork so I can have my service done through Nissan. It's been at Nissan since 07h30 this morning 31st October 2023 and til now my car hasn't been serviced. It's now 14h00 in the afternoon and there's no urgency regarding my situation. Hyundai seems to be all about sales only and no aftersales service. Their sales people are never available, their managers are never available and their contact managers are not available. Now if no one is available who the hell is running that business. Last time ever I buy a vehicle by Hyundai.
