A thoroughly pleasant experience

Seriously, the best car buying experience, most of which was done via email and a few phone calls. I knew what I wanted, I just needed someone to make it all happen. Enter the fray, Craig Vermeulen. He made the whole experience personal. Always quick to respond to my questions, keeping me updated and in the picture at all times. He sent me photos of the car when it was delivered to the showroom. He was truly excited for me. I met him in person for the first time when he came to collect me earlier today. It was like meeting up with an old friend. I love his enthusiasm! At the branch I met the Finance Manager, Madri who I had been corresponding with via email and phone. Always quick to respond. Everything was in order and the signing process was a breeze. I was introduced to the Dealer Principal, Mark who assured me that I could call on him for whatever reason. I believe I can. Craig spent time showing me all the features of my car, how the various buttons and switches worked, and connecting my cell phone via Bluetooth. A thorough orientation. Thank you Craig! I did not buy the most expensive, top of the range flashy car, but for this experience it sure felt like I did. Hyundai Paarden Eiland, you deserve five stars!
