Unhappy customer

I am not happy with the service I have been receiving.

I have called twice on different days and I was trying to get a quote to service my car. Everytime I call the lady that answers the phone sounds like you're disturbing her. She just asks: is it Nissan or hyundai? Then boom you are transferred to someone else with no warning. That someone else also doesn't have any telephone etiquette and gives half the information you need

I ended up taking my car elsewhere
