Rusting vehicle

I bought a Hyundai venue in September 2021,less than a year later the car has multiple rust spots all over the vehicle. I took the vehicle in for a check at Hyundai Ballito and was told it is not covered under warranty as the rust was caused by stone chips. I disputed it as how can stone chips be all over the vehicle. But the service manager did not assist to resolve the matter. I am very frustrated and regret ever buying this vehicle. I'm paying for a vehicle that's a year old and rusting.
