Ongoing issues with Hyundai Mobeni and Durban south

I had purchased a Hyundai 2016 i20 motion vehicle from the Mobeni branch in 2017. In FEB 2019, I had a problem with the car, where the paint work on the boot of the car body was bubbling up and the paint was pealing off. We had sent the car to Hyundai Mobeni (Durban), to get this assessed, and later discovered that it was a manufacturing defect

I then had the same problem again in NOV 2019, but the problem was on the passenger back door , where there was paint that was bubbled and the paint was just pealing out. This too was also a manufacturing defect.

Both times hyundai booked the car in for repairs and sorted it out, but before doing that they gave me such a hard time and i have email trails to prove this.

My husband and I only have 1 car, and I use this car everyday to work. So i had to call them so many times and emailed them practically begging them to loan us another car for the interim that our car was going to be repaired. We had to go from Phoenix to Mobeni to drop our car, pick up the loaned car, and when our car was ready we had to go back from Phoenix to Mobeni to return the loan car and get our car back. This happened both times, and they didnt even fill petrol for us in the loaned cars. We had to fill petrol in that car with our own money.

The paint work is giving me an issue again now, this is the 3rd time. This problem is becoming an ongoing frustration. The car having a manufacturing defect is not supposed to be my problem Hyundai shouldn't have sold me a defected car in the first place.

I am still paying for this car every month.

Hyundai needs to fix this problem and higher management needs to authorise to give me another car which is the same make, model and has the same mileage, as i can't be having this problem for as long as i have the car.

The 3rd query was assigned to Durban south to handle...

On 02/10/2020- there were emails and phone calls between the managers and director principal (Mervin Gounden and Avilash Singh), and I am not happy with the services and the way they spoke to me. They dont want to give me a new car . They not understanding that I cannot go to Durban south to leave my car for repairs on a weekday. They dont want to give me a courtesy car with petrol. They both were like if youre not happy and you can contact customer services or go to another branch to have the matter sorted. Why must I buy a defective car, and than sit with all these issues????
