I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the delayed processing of vehicle licensing for the Hyundai i20 I purchased from your dealership on 18th July 2024. It has now been over four months, and I am yet to receive the vehicle’s licensing in my name.

The temporary license provided at the time of purchase has since expired, leaving me unable to legally drive the vehicle. I have repeatedly attempted to reach out to Clayton about this issue, yet my inquiries have gone unanswered. This lack of response is not only inconvenient but also highly unprofessional, as it leaves me without clarity on the status of my vehicle's documentation.

I request the following actions be taken promptly:

1. Immediate update on the status of the licensing process.

2. Confirmation of the expected timeframe for completion.

3. Any necessary assistance in securing a new temporary license, if required.

Please note that if no action is taken within 7-10 business days, I will have no choice but to pursue further steps, including contacting relevant consumer protection agencies.
