Our Brand New Car came with a factory fault (Loose Radiator) which was detected 2 months after purchase, they did not fix it. Now after the service the aircon isn't working.

The service department ladies are unprofessional, the lady named 'Thobile' had no time to explain anything about the service, she talked to us like we are disgusting, frowning the whole time. All she couldn't wait for was to make personal calls, talking to her friends about how she needs R40k+ to fix her car, making personal phone calls shouting loudly to whoever she was talking to.

I am 100% sure we are not the only clients she treated with so much disrespect and *********
