Cancellation of contract that is not signed

This dealership doesn't want to cancel a contract that they drew without the customer saying they can draw the contract, now the customer wants to buy a car from another dealer they are holding the contract so that the customer cant buy. I am really disappointed in the professionalism of Hyundai Benoni, they are forsing customers to buy from them as they know the customer is a first time buyer and they making buying a car for this customer a very hard thing to do they not helping but making things very hard to buy a car. Shantelle from Hyundai told the customer that they cant give him a canceled contract wish is a big lair as when you have the contract you can only cancel and step the contract and give that to the customer case closed why are you abusing the customers Hyundai Benoni??????
