Appaulling Service: Hynduai Mobeni

I took my car for service on Wednesday the 2nd of December and I specifically requested they do a wheel alignment and they noted it down and promised to do it (as my car kept swerving ever so slighlty when driving it).

I picked up the car later on that day, under the impression that all was well and went home to park it. This week when I started using the car again to my amazement it started swerving again ever so slighlty.

I took it to another establishment today (10 December) to have the wheel alignment done as my service providers "Hynduai Mobeni" failed to do so whe I took it for service. I was shocked when they informed me they could not perform the wheel alignment on my car since my "wheel joint is torn." Not only did Hynduai Mobeni lie to me about performing the wheel alignment but they did a shabby job "servicing my car" as they failed to pick up that my Wheel Joint was torn. It has actually led me to believe they did not do anything to my car.

I am appaulled and disgusted they would let a client even worse a female leave with a car which has serious problems which they should have picked up, but failed to do so. Even worse maybe this was picked up by them but they chose to do nothing.

I will buying the Hynduai brand ever again.
