Complain of vehicle repairs

Good day I took my car to Hyundai garage in louis trichardt 22 February 2021.for diagnostic it was having weird noise model Hyundai ( Elentra 2012) they then advised what's wrong with the car and explained they need to stripe the car i agreed .26 February they said i should come collect when i get there was told there's a new sound i then disagreed to take the car they then suggest i pay another amount so they can stripe the car and fix the new sound which was caused by them now i refused to new expense and to take unfixed car and pay R11300 on top of that please help resolve my problem
