Bad service at Hyundai habour view

Good day My colleague and i bought vehicles at Hyundai habour view in durban south africa on the 12th of February 2019, to date our cars have not been registered under our names, whereas we did indicate that is is a subsidized vehicle therefore our employer will only pay for the vehicle once it is registered under our names, the dealer is giving me a run around.
