Purchased a vehicle nearly a month ago

Purchased a vehicle nearly a month ago. They changed brake pads and skimmed the disc's but did not inform me that one of the disc's were cracked. They paid to change the front disc's but no apology. Secondly, I was promised a service book which I have still not received. Sales manager says it is lost, why is this my problem now? Thirdly, licence and registration is still not done. And it's expected from me to go to the licensing office, pay for it and the number plate and then claim. Terrible, unpleasant and stressful experience with a lot of beating around the bush.
