Driving a new second hand dirty car from the garage.

I traded my grand i10 for a i20, all paperwork was sent to the dealership on a Wednesday and I fetched the i20 two days later. on a Friday when I got the car it was filthy, the car seats had stains on, cabin holder had tobacco dirt inside. we made an arrangement for me to bring back the car for a whole body wash including the seats the next Friday at 2pm. I took the car and left the facility while they busy with the car when i got back the car seats still had stains on, the sales excuse (Hlompho) they do not have a Valey Machine The Managers excuse (Ziyaad) Valey takes the whole day so they could'nt do it. whereby nothing was communicated to me i was told as i was fetching the car.
