What a bad service recieved at Hyundai Kempton Park,I went to the branch with samples of the car parts I was looking for ,the guy with the name of Nivash order a totally wrong part from what I've ordered

What a bad service recieved at Hyundai Kempton Park,I went to the branch with samples of the car parts I was looking for ,the guy with the name of Nivash order a totally wrong part from what I've ordered.I have requested for refund with no vain it's been two weeks now waiting ,spoke to Suzane the manager but there nothing happening . I have never expected this pathetic service from Hyundai.
