Vehicle registration

I bought a car on 8 December 2020, a Hyndai i20 1.2 motion 2019. From December up until now I have never received a number plate and a disc. They kept on giving me permits to drive with. Whenever the permit expires, they kept on renewing it. They ended up making a ********** permit by putting a tepex on the expired permit and changed the date. Because of this act, the police gave me a ticket which amounts to R1000. I spoke to the dealership and there is no way forward. Now they are telling me that I have to go to the post office to purchase a disc myself. Now its March and I am the one who is busy trying to get a disc using my petrol and my time. This is the first time ever I am hearing that a customer has to make his own plate and disc if they bought a car at Hyndai. I need assistance with regards to the payment of the ticket, the number plate, the disc and my convenience (time and petrol). My salesman is Mishack and the manager is Kuben. Thank you.
