Unsatisfied customer due to poor service

I had a mechanical breakdown and the engin caught fire on the 14 december 2020 took the car in for repairs no one kept me updated on the progress till i decided to go there on the 31 december only to be told that the car is not fixed and the radiator was damaged as if the car was in an accident but the car bumper was not damaged which makes it very stranger how could that happen nd further more they want i must pay for repairs and replacement parts and its quite alot for a car with warranty up until today the car is not fixed i'm very dissappointed on them
