Poor service

On the 27th May 2019 I arrived at harbor view Hyundai in Durban wanting to fetch my number plates that had been sent down from Johannesburg. I walked in and came across an extremely rude and arrogant black gentleman that was seated first from the entrance. He was extremely unhelpful aswell when he decided to assist he redirected me to a completely different area in the attempt for me to meet the principal who was actually situated at the Durban central branch. Eventually when I got there he also arrived there a few minutes later not even bothered to ask if I have been assisted and so forth yet he provided incorrect information. This is absolutely appauling from such a big brand as this.
