Peeling paint

I bought my car in 2016 and in 2020 it started to develop paint blisters thereafter started peeling, I reported the car and they fixed only one spot.

During collection I told them that these other blisters will peel too because it all started with them and than July 2021 I took it for service an reported because it looked bad with that peeling nothing happened until September 2021 when I called and they said I didn’t mention it okay fine I calmed down reported again and until today as it is February 2022 they haven’t called. I am tired of calling them too because not even once have they made contact with me, every time I call they say they are looking for a cheaper quote because everyone they come across is expensive and this is draining honestly .
