Hyundai Harbour view service

I am pretty much devastated by the service from this branch, the employees do not even recognize a customer, you only get acknowledged by security guards who take their time to ensure that you are attended to and ensure that you leave with a smile. I stood there waiting to change my order of a light bulb and the workers from here would just pass me as if I am not recognizable,one guy (Nolan)was just looking at me and carried on with phone calls, when asked to assist me he responded that somebody else should assist me when he did not even bother to ask what service I require. I definitely would not recommend anyone to use this Hyundai.
