Disappointing Service and Lack of Communication coupled with disinterest

I am extremely disappointed with after sales services rendered by Hyundai Harbour View. I booked my car in on Friday, it had break and clutch mechanical problems. They promise timely feedback and never do it. You call them and the consultant doesn't answer, You leave hundreds of messages and the consultant does not return your calls. I am currently in a space where I don't know if my will be fixed on time or I must hire a vehicle since no one is giving me feedback.

Sent an email to I think a manager and it was read with no reply. How pathetic, I am in disbelief and they will definitely won't get my future business. Time is money and feedback is important to me just to be ease and be kept on a loop.
