Spotters fee Tumelo Ntsiea

I'm a spotter gave a Salesman a deal by the name of Tumelo Ntsiea whom works there client was approved on a grand i10 2 weeks ago and client has taken their car,salesman Tumelo said I will get my spotters fee once the bank has paid them for giving them a client I was delighted until now the salesman is ignoring my texts its 2 weeks now the salesman is quiet,ignoring me saying the bank hasn't paid 2weeks now wow I'm shocked such a reputable dealership a salesman would do such as agreed upon but now AWOL what assistance can I get in such regards.
