Shocking service from Hyundai Germiston

On the 24th of January 2020, we took in our Hyundai Getz, for repairs to Hyundai Germiston, we were told that the head gasket had blown and needed to be sent in for repairs. I call today, and get the usual story from the service department, they are still waiting for the head gasket to be returned, they have still not even started working on the car, and each time you ask for an end date, they take your number and leave you waiting to hear anything about what is happening with the motor vehicle. The service has been shocking. Would not recommend taking one's Hyundai there for a service. Very unprofessional.
