Service at hyundai germiston

Hyundai SA did a recall on the i20s that the paint is peeling off, the mistake I did was to take my car to Hyundai Germiston. They took my car for full four weeks just to paint the bonnet and the roof. My windscreen had a crack and when I went to collect the car the windscreen was badly damaged, the said the crack caused it but the damage was on the other side and it is visible that they tried to force the crack to align with the old one so that they could push the problem to me. The most interesting part is the service manager promised to get back to me and which he never did. while i was raising my complain the cashier immediately rush to ask me to sign an invoice where they charged more than R30k just to paint the boot and the roof.
