Poor service delivery

Bought a car in 2022 December the car had battery issue within 3 months took is back it took the half a day to change the battery, one year later I experienced the same battery issues called them they said I should bring the car in so that they can change the battery because it is still within warranty, went there at 8am then I waited for my car at the nearest McDonald’s, 4hours later I called to check is my car is ready they told no it is still in the queue. I called again 9hours later now they telling me they checked the car it has same battery issues that I bought it with and the battery is out of warranty. I waited for 9 hours only for them to tell me the battery is out of warranty however when I called them it was a different story and the only thing they did was to wash the car.
