I am beyond and irate. Hyundai has been a pain point in my life fro mthe day i walked into Hyundai germiston. The service is beyond trash. Please come fetch your car for good and give me my money. I have been living in hell for a year and 2 months. I bought the car in may, in the day i had been given a price for my trade in car but miraculously minutes before i was supposed to sign the amount was dropped by a whole 10. Only to find the car is dented. Getting them to fix that dent was a mission eventually the car was fetched a week later and was supposed to come back the following day only to get it 3 days later. Go stuck and stranded at the mall waiting fir the car while i was tracking the car on the tracker app, the guy went to the mall and went to his house, and stayed there for a good hour while ignoring my calls only to get to the mall at 8pm expecting me to go drop him off at home, which i did not do. Then getting the new disk and car registered in my name was another battle for the month. Then the petrol meter was reversing ever time i poured petrol, it would not show that i poured petrol but would just keep going lower. Ofcouse i took the car back. Hours later it was assumedly fine as they said. It was fine for a month most and kept doing the same thing over and over, this after i fought with the petrol company and changed to another only for the same thing to happen and the sales person not taking my calls. Then as if that was not enough my car was due for service i choose eastrand coz i was sick and tired of hyundai Germiston.i booked online with Hyundai eastrand who told me that i should go to Germiston because they will charge me, the car should have come in feb, this was madness so i called Hyundai Germiston who then said no Its false and confirmed my booking, only to get there and be given the run around. Sent pillar to post told about verification from insurance and telling me the Hyundai east rand story which they said was bull. Mind you i was there @ 6:30 -am, cars arriving after were serviced and left while i was there. It was beyond cold. I called their CSO customer service, didn’t help much, only to leave at 1pm. My car only started being serviced after 11:30. And oh from the day after the service my problems began. The bright lights were not working, i called back hyndai germiston who till this day has promised me a call back, two days later the car starts making an odd sound when accelerating, i called again and was promised a call back, the petrol thing started again where u pour petrol but it doesn’t go up, it just keeps going down like there is no petrol in the car, as if that was the not enough, the petrol bar just has 3 dash signs now with no numbers so basically i don’t know if i have petrol or not. I must just guess, mixed with no bright lights and the loud sounds rattling when I accelerate, and hicups sounding as if i have a flat tyre and the metal rims are taking strain on the ground. That car is hell. A living nightmare. I hate Hyundai with everything in me, this car has been hell, no joy whatsoever, a living misery. I don’t want this car anymore. I want my money, and I need peace. I am livid, I am hurt. I am drained, this car is hell and I hate it. Hyundai has caused me mental health issues and anxiety that is triggered every time I have to drive this car. I have communicated so much yet to date nothing has happened, no help whatsoever but just alot of factory faults. The car is still on 18K kilometres but I am so done with it. I have been in the pits of depresion with this car and hyndai as a whole. I don’t want this car anymore. I have had it. You can come and fetch your car. I have had it. This is abuse in every possible way and trauma more than anything. Call me ***
