Bad service -Hyundai Germiston

I referred a client to Hyundai Germiston and was assisted by Mike Motaung who promised me a referral bonus that I never got. After submitting all documents he wanted , he then went quiet and when I asked him he told me that his manager was on leave . Later I asked him again and he asked for documents that he never told me about in the beginning . Client sent him an email regarding a door that has a problem and he’s been ignoring the client’s emails till today , instead he tells me what to tell the client .
