bad service

I recently bought a car at this dealership and took out a service plan. There were changes that were supposed to me made on this plan but till today nothing has been done. Kavita has been the one dealing with the matter, there is no sense of urgency and lack of communication from her. The car was due for service last month and Im still waiting for this to be sorted. I regret buying here. my experience has been bad
