Appalling customer service

Had a very bad custom experience from both the sales guy by the name of Xolani.

I bought a brand new Hyundai Grand i10 in January 2023. I was promised a 2 month payment break, I only got 1 payment break instead and which was from the bank. And I was also supposed to get a free service plan for 45 000 km/ 3 years, I only got until 30 000 km service plan. Nothing good came out of this deal with Xolani from Hyundai Germiston. Instead of helping me, he offered another sale.👎🏽

I tried getting in contact with the dealer principal by the name of Patsy, she’s as useless as her sales guy.

No gift was even given after the sale.
