Overpriced Tardy Work... BROKEN promises

I have had my Hyundai i10 since 2019. In 2020 for its first service I waited over 5hrs to get my car back and that only after I phoned to find out how far they were. Bare in mind I am from Knysna and always ask to be dropped off at the mall. Today same stitch. I made sure my car was there well before 07:30, got dropped off at the mall and as I entered the mall I got a call from the workshop saying I had stone chips on the windscreen can it be fixed. Then after 4 hrs I tried phoning the workshop to find out how far they were none of the numbers listed worked. Yet while sitting there the phone rang and worked perfectly. I eventually got a Bolt to take me back to the workshop. By 13:00 my car still wasn't ready (mine being the 2nd car they serviced as I was 2nd in the queue). Then to make matter worse when I reported that none of the numbers worked I just get told oh the network is down, and it was shrugged off. Come time to pay my bill amount to over R3300 but I was initially quoted R2300. They then have the audacity to say that they will cut the labour for me as I have been quoted less and I end up still paying the R3300+. While waiting for the car which at this point is still not ready another gentleman complained about also being quoted R2300 but paying over R3300 and the car hadn't even been cleaned properly. The manager was no where to be seen after this and I know he heard me and this gentleman complain. Only at 15:00 did I get my car back and the guy who dropped us off at the mall was only then fixing to fetch us not realizing we were already there. How the hell does a 1 and a half hour labour turn into an all day service when vehicles booked in after mine was done and collected already. I am stuck in a contract where I am the only one bring my part to the table. I am selling my car and moving away from Hyundai Kia and Mitsubishi because it's all at the same service center. Pathetic
