No principles when the money are in the bank .
We bought a new Hyundai I10 in 2016 . From the word going we had problems with the car and the dealership . We bought the car because of the extended guarantee which is 7years or 150 000 km . Within a year we went back to them for the gearbox and starter , with them saying they do not get any problem . After two years I discover that the bank contract description of the car are not the same as the car we are driving . The bank still busy sorting out the issue there . After long conversations with the bank they recommend that the dealership must do a swap of vehicles for that route will be the better way solve the problem . After all this the dealership principal says it is not his problem and he does not want assist with this issue . So much for a business in this time and hour of the economy time we are living in . If this is the way he want to do business I will think more than two times before buying a vehicle from these people , for after they have your money you are nothing in their eyes . Sorry to say but the truth are truth .
