Hyundai Silverlakes and Wesbank

<p>I have been receiving no help or explanation from the bank or the hyndai silverlakes dealership.. they keep on blamining each other, this complaint is now about 3 years old.</p> <p>My query to the bank and hyundai silverlakes:<br />A package warranty deal called (Dealer Warranty) was included on my vehicle purchase by Nellie who misinformed me about the benefits of the deal, hence I cancelled it after a year, as this was the time I needed the benefit and was told I am not covered.<br />All I want is for the warrant to be cancelled and the money I was charged for reversed from my finance amount.<br />SA Warranties says they were paid an amount of (R3700.00) , this amount means there is a missing R2800.00, which it seems no one knows where it is. This amount was an unfair charge to me, as I was charged R6500.00 which liquid capital (wesbank) added bank charges and this amount became more than R8000.00 (no one is willing to send the actual charges to me and I am not sure of the exact amount). I don't understand why I have to be charged bank interest on R6500 and whereas SA Warranties only received R3700, and why am I being charged bank interest calculated as if I took a loan.<br />Can someone explain what happened to the missing amount.</p>
