Failed Brake pads and discs in 3 months!

After i wrote a complaint yesterday and not receiving any help, i decided to call the head office. I spoke to a guy called Tyrone. We was not really helpful as i feel he was not listening to me. I told him that the car is so bad that i took a taxi to work and was an hour late but he says i must take my car back to Hyundai in East Rand.

So i decided to call the branch itself and ask fir the Service Department Manager. His name us Wage ir something. He was not available-it was said that he is in a meeting snd therefore i left s message. 2 to 3 hours later i called again snd the lady by the switchboard confirmed giving him my message but he still never returned my call. I left another message. I left a third message again but he still never returned mg call. Is this the type of service that we must now expect from Hyundai East Rand and Their Head Office?

I have to use taxis again! What frustrates me even worse us that i don't even think i will be getting any assistance in this matter????????????????????????????????????
